南海红树林内生真菌2508代谢物研究

摘　　要：报道了从红树林内生真菌Xylariasp .2 5 0 8中分离到的 piliformic酸、甘油单棕榈酸酯 (α型 )、对羟基苯甲酸、 3,4_二羟基苯甲酸甲酯、 2_甲氧基_4_甲基_乙酰苯、麦角甾醇和三羟基麦角甾醇 8个已知化合物。通过现代波谱方法进行了鉴定。Eight known compounds: piliformic acid (2_hexylidene_3_methylsuccinic acid),α_glycerol monopalmitate, p_ hydroxy benzoic acid, protocatechuic acid methyl ester, 4_hydroxy_2_methoxy_acetophenone, ergosterol and 7,22_ (E) _diene_3β,5α,6β_triol_ergosta were isolated from the endophytic fungus Xylaria sp No 2508 from the mangrove tree from the South China Seacoast. Their structures were identified by the NMR, MS, IR spectroscopic methods and by comparison with the data of authentic compounds.
