摘  要:应用赖氨酸钴填充技术 ,观察雄蛾触角嗅觉神经的传入途径及向中枢投射踪迹的方法和操作程序。结果显示赖氨酸钴填充的神经元成黑色 ,与周围环境反差较大 ,清晰易辨 。Here described the methods and procedures that included the cobalt lysine filling technique for tracing sensory neurons into the central nervous system with a moth as the test animal. Cobalt ions migrate into neurons during filling, the cobalt in the tissue is later precipitated as cobalt sulfide, which is brownish-black and insoluble. After a silver intensification procedure, the nerve fibers could be visible on a clear background. The results showed that cobalt staining for receptor neuron tracing is a good method.
