不同比例ZrP99包埋材料对钛铸件质量影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 研究不同比例ZrP99包埋材料对钛铸件质量影响。方法 通过调整ZrP99包埋材料中ZrO2的含量,分别包埋铸造钛件,用钛金属表面性状评估、铸件的气孔含量分析、显微硬度测试等技术对钛铸件的质量进行分析,并与日本产铸钛包埋材料包埋铸造的钛铸件进行比较。结果 ZrP993＃所铸钛件与标准铸造钛件各种性能相似,可以用于临床。结论 ZrP993～5＃所铸钛件均较理想,但其中ZrP993＃包埋材料为最价廉的包埋材料。Obiective The Ti castings were invested respectively by regulating the ZrO2 content in the ZrP99 investment material. Methods And then the Ti surface characters were evaluated, the gas holes content was analyze the quality of the Ti castings, comparing with the castings invested by Ti investment manufactured in Japan. Results The characters of the castings from ZrP993 #were close to those of the standard castings so that ZrP993 #investment can be used to clinical practice. Conclusion All the casting from ZrP993-5# were almost ideal,but ZrP993# investment was cheapest.
