高校导游专业建设探析

摘　　要：新世纪里我国旅游业发展亟需大批高素质的导游人才,而目前旅游高等教育在培养导游人才方面存在着问题和不足。本文尝试对此进行探析,提出一些个人的建议和设想。In the new century, many tour guides of high quality are needed in our country's tourism devel-opment. But nowadays, there still exist some problems and shortcomings in the tourism higher education,es-pecially in the cultivating the excellent tour guides. In this article,the authors put forward some personal sug-gestions.
