口服碘油补碘对缺碘机体免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：为观察补碘对缺碘机体免疫功能的影响 ,采用单向琼脂扩散法测定了缺碘地区人群口服碘油前后的免疫球蛋白Ig A,Ig G,Ig M和补体 C3水平变化 ,结果发现 ,补碘前缺碘机体 Ig A和补体 C3水平低于对照组 ,Ig G和 Ig M水平均显著高于补碘前的水平且高于上限的比例分别高达 38. 89%和 6 2 . 0 3% ,6个月时 Ig A和 Ig G水平又明显下降 ,提示补碘易于诱发缺碘机体的免疫反应 。To observe the effects of iodine supplementation on immunity in iodine deficient population, the levels of immunoglobulin (IgA,IgG,IgM) and complement C 3 of subjects were tested by radial diffusion test before and after oral administration of iodized oil capsule. The levels of IgA and C 3 before administration were lower than that of the control, but IgG and IgM were higher than that of the control. The levels of IgA, IgG and C 3 after administration for three months were higher than that before administration, the proportions of IgG and C 3 which exceeded upper limit reached 38.89% and 62.03% . The levels of IgA and IgG began to decrease markedly after taking the drug six months later. It indicated that iodine supplement to the people with iodine deficiency be easy to induce and strengthen their immune response.
