土盐水加碘防治碘缺乏病现场实验观察

摘　　要：为观测土盐水加碘防治碘缺乏病 (IDD)的效果 ,1997年 6月开始在吐鲁番市阿其克村进行土盐水加碘防治 IDD现场实验研究 ,结果表明 ,居民补碘率由 4 . 0 %提高到 80 . 1% ,盐水含碘量由 4 μg/ L 提高到 4 . 6 3mg/ L,食用加碘盐水的儿童尿碘由 41 . 1 μg/ L上升到 2 0 5μg/ L,甲状腺吸碘率由 6 3. 3%降低到 36 . 8% ;持续两年后 ,甲状腺容积由原来肿大的 10 . 6 3cm3缩小到 6 . 87cm3,甲状腺肿大率由 4 9. 8%降低到 6 . 6 % ,土盐水加碘前后各项检测指标差异均显著 (P<0 . 0 1) ;碘缺乏性甲状腺肿大治愈率 86 . 8%。土盐水加碘费用低廉 ,容易被当地政府和居民接受 ,补碘量适宜 ,防治 IDD效果良好。In order to observe the effect of adding iodine to local salt water on IDD control, random sampling was carried out regularly and detected with standard method by taking the neighboring villages where IDD had basically been eradicated as the control. The expermental study of IDD control by adding iodine to local salt water commenced at Aqqik Village of Turpan in June, 1997. The rate of iodine supplyment of the inhabitants was improved from 4.0% to 80.1%, iodine content in salt water increased from 4μg/L to 4.63mg/L and after taking in salt water added by iodine, the urinary iodine of the children increased from 41.1μg/L to 205μg/L while the iodine uptake rate of thyroid decreased from 63.3% to 36.8%. After maitaining the measures two years, the volume of thyroid shrank by 6.87 cm 3. The goitre rate reduced from 49.8% to 6.6%. There was difference of each detecting index between pre and post adding iodine to local salt water (P<0.01).The cure rate of goitre caused by iodine deficiency was 86.8%. Adding iodine to local salt water with low expenses is easy acceptable by the local government and inhabitants. Meanwhile the content of iodine supplyment is suitable and IDD control is more effective.
