石菖蒲醒脑开窍的有效部位筛选

摘　　要：目的 :对石菖蒲醒脑开窍的有效部位进行筛选。方法 :采用小鼠常压耐缺氧试验、小鼠正常血脑通透性试验 ,观察石菖蒲系列提取部位对缺氧小鼠生存时间和小鼠正常血脑通透性的影响。结果 :石菖蒲挥发油能明显延长小鼠的生存时间 ,有 4个部位能提高血脑通透性 ,其中以挥发油、β-细辛醚作用最好。结论Objective:To select the active fractions extracted from Acorus gramineus on restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation.Methods:The effect of the death time of mice by hypoxia tolerance test was observed; and the effect of permeability of normal blood-cerebral barrier was investigated on mice experiment of permeability of normal blood-cerebral barrier.Results:The volatile oil could obviously prolong the alive time of hypoxia mice; Four fractions extracted from Acorus gramineus could improve permeability of normal blood-cerebral barrier of mice, in which the volatile oil and β-asarone had better effect.Conclusion:The volatile oil extracted from Acorus gramineus had the best effect on restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation.
