摘 要:目的 探讨铅致兔的肝毒性作用。方法 检测血清中谷胱甘肽 (GSH )含量、脂质过氧化产物 (LPO)含量、维生素E含量、丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)活力、总胆红素 (TB)含量、直接胆红素 (DB)含量、血糖 (GLU)含量、白蛋白 (A)、α1球蛋白、α2 球蛋白、β球蛋白、γ球蛋白、总蛋白 (TP)含量及进行肝组织病理学检查。 结果 实验组肝细胞线粒体和内质网肿胀 ,而对照组肝细胞超微结构正常。与对照组比较 ,各处理组血清中TB、DB和GLU升高 ,而ALT活力则降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ;血清GSH、LPO、维生素E、白蛋白、α1球蛋白、α2 球蛋白、β球蛋白、γ球蛋白、TP含量无明显变化 (P >0 0 5 )。 结论 本次实验表明铅对肝的毒性可能与脂质过氧化无关 。Objective To investigate the hepatotoxic effect induced by lead. Methods New Zealand rabbits were treated with lead acetate. The changes of serum GSH, LPO, VitE, ALT, CHE, TB, DB, TC, GLU, TP, albumin, α 1 globulin, α 2 globulin, β globulin, γ globulin and pathological changes of liver were examined. Results The study manifested that lead did impaire the liver according to ultrastructure. ANOVA indicated that the level of the three indexes (TB, DB and GLU) in the treated group were higher than those in control group statistically ( P < 0.05 ), whereas ALT was shown to be lower ( P < 0 05 ). Other indexes (GSH, LPO, VitE, ALT, CHE, TB, DB, TC, GLU, TP and albumin α 1 globulin, α 2 globulin, β globulin, γ globulin in serum) showed no obvious changes statistically ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion Therre seemed to be no relationship between lipid peroxidation and hepatotoxic effect by lead, and most of hepatic function indexes appeared to be insensitive at the early stage
