摘　　要：目的总结手术治疗尿道处女膜融合症的临床经验。方法随访分析 5 0例采用尿道外口成形术治疗的尿道处女膜融合症患者。结果随访 6～ 3 6月 ,治疗有效率 84% (4 2 / 5 0 )。年龄和局部解剖特点与疗效有关。结论手术治疗尿道处女膜融合症简单、有效。术前选择有适应症的患者 ,术中重建粘膜平坦、大于 1cm的阴道前庭以及术后辅以必要的药物有助于提高疗效。Objective To sum up the clinical experience on surgical treatment of urethro hymenal fusion.Methods 50 cases of urethro hymenal fusion undergoing meatoplasty were followed up and analyzed.Results 50 cases were followed up for 6～36 months with treatment effective rate of 84%(42/50).Age and local anatomic characteristics were related to curative effect.Conclusion Meatoplasty is simple and effective in treating urethro hymena fusion.Choosing suitable patients,making mucosa smooth,lengthening vaginal vestibule longer than 1 cm and administering necessary medicine after operation are important in improving the therapeutic effect.
