摘　　要：用HPLC法 ,ODS柱 ,含 0 .0 2mol/L正辛胺的水—乙腈 ( 73∶2 7,用磷酸调pH值为 6 .5 )为流动相 ;检测波长 :2 5 4nm ,柱温 :30℃ ;测定头孢曲松的含量。在 80 .9～ 40 4.5 μg/ml浓度范围内 ,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9999。连续进样的RSD为 0 .11% (n =5 )。日内精密度 (RSD =0 .2 6 % )良好。含量测定结果与英国药典 2 0 0 0年版方法所得结果相符。An HPLC method was described for the determination of ceftriaxone.The chromatographic condition were as follows:column: ODS; mobile phase: H 2O-CH 3CN (73∶27, containing 0.02mol/L octylamine, adjusted with phosphoric acid to the pH of 6.5), detection wavelength:254nm.The standard curve for ceftriaxone was linear within the range of 80.9～404.5 μg/ml, r =0.9999. The RSD for repetition was 0.11% ( n =5), the RSD within a day was 0.26%. The assay results agreed with those of the British Pharmacopoeia 2000 method.
