摘  要:对不同轧辊交叉方式的辊缝特性进行了研究。结果表明 ,虽然单辊不对称交叉方式可以简化 PC轧机的结构 ,减少设备投资 ,但会使辊缝出现明显的不对称性。为了克服这一弊端 ,提出了单辊倾斜非对称 PC轧制的技术方案 ,并给出了轧辊在铅垂面内需要倾斜的角度。该方案简单易行 ,既有单辊非对称交叉设备简便的优点 ,又可达到对称交叉时的板形控制效果。The features of roll gap in different cross schemes of roller arrangement were studied. The research result manifested that the single roller asymmetrical cross scheme may simplify the structure of rolling mill and lower investment on machinery, but cause obvious asymmetry of roll gap. To overcome the fault, an improved technological scheme of single declining roller was produced and the necessary declining angle of roller within vertical plane was given. With the merit of simple equipment, which characterizes asymmetrical cross scheme with single roller, and shape control effects of symmetrical cross, this scheme is put into practice easily.
