高效液相色谱法测定黄连解毒汤中小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立黄连解毒汤中小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱测定法。方法 :色谱柱为 Hypersil- C18,流动相为甲醇 -水 -三乙胺 (30∶ 70∶ 4 ) ,以醋酸调节 p H值为 8.4 ,检测波长为 331nm。结果 :本法在 4 .14～12 4 .1μg· ml-1间有良好的线性关系 ,相关系数 r=0 .9995 6 ,精密度 RSD为 2 .2 0 % ,低中高 3种浓度回收率分别为 99.10 % ,99.35 % ,99.2 2 %。结论 :该方法简便可行 。Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of berberine in Huanglian Jiedu Decoction.Methods:The column was Hypersil-C 18. The mobile phase was methanol-water-triethylamine (30∶70∶4) with pH 8.4 adjusted by acetic acid, detecting wavelength was 331 nm.Results:The method is linear in the range of 4.14～121.1 μg·ml -1 and the coefficient of correlation was 0.999 56, The RSD was 2.20%. The recovering rate of low, middle and high concentration were 99.10%, 99.35% and 99.22%.Conclusion:The method is simple and practical. The results are precise.
