摘 要:根据大口径厚壁螺旋焊钢管现场生产、检验中的实际问题 ,结合作者的经验 ,进行了分析预测及讨论 :1 )从机械扩径、工艺参数选择入手 ,讨论了管端、管体直径测试、圆度测试 ,切斜检测等问题 ,并提出了解决办法。 2 )从板卷的质量状况入手 ,讨论了可能出现的问题 ,提出检测注意规则。 3)从无损检测入手 ,讨论分析了超声与射线检测的可行性 ,提出了厚壁钢管首先要重视超声探伤的原则 ,结合随钢板厚度增加易产生裂纹、未焊透的特点 ,提出了对超声探伤的改进原则及直探头应如何排布、斜探头应如何跟踪的方法。指出了 X射线检测随厚度增大 ,检测缺陷的局限性 ,要求改变以往内在质量缺陷的检验主要依靠 X射线检测的观念 ,应充分利用两种检测方法的各自特点 ,互相补充。要提高对超声波探伤重要性的认识 ,同时要求提高人员素质 。Accordance to the practical matters in large dia meter thick wall spiral welded pipe spot production and inspection,and on the b asis of the author's experience, the analysis and discussion are performed. 1) F rom the aspects of mechanical expansion, process parameters, the pipe ends and p ipe body diameter measurement, out of roundness inspection and square cut inspec tion are discussed and the solutions are proposed. 2) From the aspects of steel coil quality status, the possible occurring problems are discussed, and the insp ecting rules are proposed. 3) from the non-destructive test, the possibility of X-ray and ultrasonic inspection is discussed, and the principle of thick wall pi pe shall pay attention to the ultrasonic test is proposed. According to the char acter which crack and incomplete welding occurs with the increase of plate thick , and the ultrasonic test reform principle and vertical probe arrangement as wel l as the lean probe tracking method are proposed. The article also proposed that with the increase of wall thickness, the X-ray inspection has more limitation, the former idea of inner quality defects detection depend on X-ray shall be chan ged to fully take the advantages of two kind of inspection methods and supplemen t each other. The understanding to ultrasonic test importance shall be enhanced and the personnel diathesis shall be improved to guarantee the quality of ex-wor ks pipe meet the requirements.
