摘  要:GCr1 5钢制异型焊管轧辊使用中发生棱角处折断和表面剥落的早期失效。对此进行了失效分析 ,找出了轧辊失效的原因是淬硬性不足。为此 ,采用水 -油双液淬火提高了表层的硬度和淬硬层的深度 ,克服了轧辊棱角处折断和表面剥落现象 。s:The variant for, welded pipe roller made of GCr15 steel often breaks at the edge and comes out the early failure of surface spalling. Through failure analysis, it is confirmed that the roller failure is caused by the insufficient of hardening capacity. However, with interrupted quench hardening of water and oil, it'll increase the surface hardness and the effective depth of hardening, overcome the roller breaking at edges and the phenomenon of suface spalling, increase the variant form welded pipe roller using life remarkably.
