摘 要:目的: 了解IgG亚类在反复呼吸道感染患儿发病中的变化.方法: 利用免疫扩散法检测42例反复呼吸道感染患儿血清IgG及亚类,与健康体检儿童(对照组)比较.结果: 反复呼吸道感染患儿血清IgG、IgG1与对照组无差异,IgG2、IgG3、IgG4均较对照组低,差异有显著性(P<0.05~0.001).42例中IgG亚类缺陷20例,占47.62%(20/42),以IgG2、IgG4为主.结论: 反复呼吸道感染可有IgG亚类缺陷,IgG亚类比总IgG更能反映反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能状态.Aim: To detect the serum IgG subclasses in children with repeated respiratory tract infection (RRTI). Method: The serum IgG subclasses were detected by using immunodiffusion method for 42 children with RRTI and compared with the control group. Result: Compared with those in control group,the serum level of IgG and IgG1 in children with RRTI had no significant difference, however the serum level of IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4 were significantly different (P<0. 05- 0. 0 001). Of the 42 children with, 47. 62%(20/42) RRTI suffered form IgG subclasses deficiency, most of which were IgG2 or IgG4 deficiency . Conclusion : The children with RRTI may suffer from IgG subclasses deficiency, and the serum level of IgG subclasses can fairly reflect the immunity function of children with RRTI than that of the total IgG.
