摘　　要：随着中国资本市场的不断规范发展 ,股票指数期货作为一种行之有效的避险工具 ,已逐渐成为一个热门话题。作者分析了股指期货的概念及现实意义 ,并提出了相关设想和设计股指期货合约 ,对如何在中国开设股指期货交易提出了较系统的建议。With the continuous standardization and development of China's capital markets,the stock index futures gradually becomes a popular topic as an effective tool to avoid risk.On the base of foreign practices,this paper gives a comprehensive analysis of the stock index futures.The first part of the paper introduces the concepts and practical significance of the stock index futures;then the paper gives related assumptions;at last,the paper designs the contract of the stock index futures.The paper provides some systematical suggests about how to establish the stock index futures.
