摘　　要：目前,我国已出现了高校毕业生就业市场雏形,但还存在着许多问题:如市场建设不到位;市场供需信息不畅通;市场发育环境不完善;市场主体发育不足;市场交易价格体系没有建立等。为此,必须大力加强我国高校毕业生就业市场的建设。文章最后有针对性地提出了加强我国高校毕业生就业市场建设的战略性措施。At present,the employment market for university graduates has come into being even though there remains quite a few problems.For example,the construction of the market has not been carried out fully;the market supply and demand information can not flow freely;the environments in which market develops have not been perfect;the principal part of market is not mature;the market transaction pricing system has not been set up.Thereby it is of utmost significance to strengthen the construction of the employment market.At the end of the paper,the author offers some strategic measures about how to strengthen the construction of the employment market effectively.
