摘　　要：本文首先对北京制造业企业进行了大规模的R&D/NPD(研究开发 /新产品开发 )项目中止决策问卷调查 ,并利用逐步判别分析对所收集的数据进行了处理 ,识别出了在项目开发不同阶段影响R&D项目成败的关键因子。进而 ,在逐步判别分析的基础上 ,建立了用于监控项目实施状况的成功概率模型 ;此外 ,对中止阈值的设定进行了详细的分析 。We first conduct a large-scale survey on the termination decision of the R&D/NPD project,undertaken in manufacturing industries in Beijing,then use the discriminant analysis to process the collected data.The results of the empirical study are that some key factors having high discriminating strength on the success of the R&D/NPD project for each stage.Finally,on the basis of the discriminant analysis,we develop a success probability model for monitoring the R&D/NPD process. In order to use the model easily,we make a deep analysis for determining the termination threshold,and suggest how to setting a proper threshold.
