摘　　要：分析了我国配电自动化的基本模式、1 0 k V智能化开关在配电自动化系统中所处的地位和作用、配电自动化对 1 0 k V开关的基本要求 ;介绍了 1 0 k V智能化开关的设计思想 ,以及采用CANBUS工业总线通信技术将开关中各模块集成于一体的智能化实现方案 ;阐述了实现开关智能化的关键技术 :故障快速检测与识别、提供可靠的不间断供电电源、满足户外恶劣运行环境、新型传感技术的应用。The main modes of the distribution automation in China are described, and the functions and the effect of the intelligent switchgear on distribution automation are analyzed. The design scheme of the intelligent switchgear with the intelligent modules integrated by CANBUS is proposed and the key issues of implementation are introduced. They are the fault detection and diagnosis with high speed, having a reliable UPS,adapting outdoor environment, and applying the new sensors.
