摘　　要：随着美国加州电力危机的爆发,世界各国都在对本国电力市场的改革方案和市场设计重新进行审视。综观各国电力市场框架和运营情况,美国PJM电力市场(其前身是宾夕法尼亚、新泽西和马里兰3州组建的电力联营体)运营的确取得了较好的效果。现就其市场总体框架和经营管理模式作一介绍,为我国的电力改革提供一些参考。Because of the outburst of the power supply crisis in California of the U.S., every country in the world isexamining closely the reform scheme and the design of the national electric power market again. However, taking abroad view of the frames and the situations of electric power markets of various countries, it is obvious that the PJMelectric power market in the U.S. has obtained a better result. This paper makes an introduction on its market overallframe and management mode, in order to offerr some references to the reform of electric power industry in our country now
