摘  要:目的 探讨二种不同方法对结核菌培养及药敏的优势互补。方法 收集我院临床痰标本 30 0份用 BACTEC法与改良罗氏法 (简称 L - J法 )分别对结核菌作初代培养 ,并收集 BACTEC法培养阳性菌 75株分别进行 BACTEC法和 L - J法的四种药敏(INH SM RFP EMB)试验。结果 初代培养 BACTEC法较 L - J法阳性率提高 17.3% ,阳性生长时间提前 2 3天。结论 结核菌初代培养可选择 BACTEC法 ,药敏试验选择 L - J法较好。Objcetve To explore the combined effects of two different methods in making mycobacterium tuberculosis culture and drug sensitive test.Methods Clinical pheym specimen of 300 shares wao collected and examined by Bactec system and L J method,while mycobacterium tuberculosis was produced as the originas culture of bacteria.Collection of the positive bacterium of 75 was made by Bactec system and L J method.Results The positive rates for the primary cultivated Bactec system was 17.3% higher than that with L J method.The days of positive growing has been 23 shorter.Conclusions The primary cultivated mycobacterium tuberculosis can be better selected by bactec system,whereas the drug susceptibility test by L J method.
