摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸丁咯地尔治疗颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法:163例颅脑损伤病人使用盐酸丁咯地尔药物治疗,以106例未用盐酸丁咯地尔治疗作对照观察。结果:有效率治疗组74.85％,对照组为55.66％,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:盐酸丁咯地尔治疗颅脑损伤,对提高生存质量、降低死残率、促进神经功能恢复具有重要意义。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of cerebral injury treated with buflomedil hydrochloride. Method: 163 cases of patients with cerebral injury were treated with buflomedil hydrochloride, while 106 cases which did not receive buflomedil hydrochloride treatment were served as the control group. Result:The effective rate of treated group and the controlled group were 74.85% and 55.66%, respectively. The difference was significant (P<0.001). Conclusion: It is proved that buflomedil hydrochloride may elevate the life quality, decrease the mortality and disability, promote the nerve function to recover in treatment of cerebral injury.
