摘　　要：目的　应用B超对先天性肛门闭锁进行定位诊断。方法　肛区直肠部位作矢状切面探查。合并会阴瘘和舟状窝瘘患儿经瘘管插管向直肠内注水 ,再观察直肠盲端与皮肤之间的距离。结果与手术对照 ,B超检查 2 4例患儿直肠盲端距肛区皮肤距离 ,误差≤ 0 5cm 2 0例 ,>0 5cm4例 ,超声诊断符合率 83 %。结论　B超能准确诊断先天性肛门闭锁 ,并能测量直肠盲端与皮肤间的距离 。Objective To determine the diagnostic value of ultrasound for the location of the congenital imperforate anus.Methods 24 cases of imperforate anus were studied by ultrasound fordetecting the distance between the end of rectum closedown and the skin of anus.Results Compared with the operation ,the error of the distance measured by ultrasound between the end of rectum and the skin of anus was less than 0 5cm in 20 patients ,the accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 83%.Conclusions Ultrasound technique is a effective mean both for diagnosing the congenital imperforate anus and for choosing operative mode by measuring the distance between the end of rectum and the skin of anus
