摘 要:目的 :探讨护理专业女生焦虑状况及其与生活事件、应对方式及个性的关系。方法 :采用青少年生活事件量表 (ASLEC)、应对方式问卷、修订的艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)及Zung氏焦虑自评量表 (SAS) ,对广州市某护校 40 6名 15岁~ 18岁女生进行测查。结果 :焦虑检出率 18 47% ,一、三年级组SAS分及其焦虑检出率显著高于二年级 (P <0 0 1) ;消极应对分 ,N、L分均与SAS分和生活事件应激值显著正相关(r =0 4865 ,0 3 886,0 2 164 ,0 1783 ,P <0 0 1) ,各因子间也存在一些显著性相关 ;多元回归分析提示 :生活事件应激值 ,消极应对分 ,N量表分 ,积极应对分 ,L量表分对焦虑评分有显著预测作用。结论 :一、三年级是焦虑发生的高危人群 ;对护理女生焦虑的发生 ,生活事件。Objective: To explore the relationship between life events, coping style, personality and anxiety in nurse students Method: 406 female students of nursing school aged 15~18 were investigated with ASLEC (adolescent self-rating life events), CSQ (coping style questionnaire), EPQ and SAS (Zung's self-rating anxiety scale) Results:The rate of anxiety was 18 5%, grade 2 had lowest anxiety among the three grades There was positive correlation between anxiety and negative coping, between anxiety and N score, L score of EPQ, and between anxiety and score of life events Multiple regression showed that stress of life events, negative coping, positive coping, N and L score of EPQ had predictive value for anxiety Conclusion: In nurse students, grade 1 and grade 3 have higher level of anxiety, which in turn has some relation to life events, coping style and personality of the students
