三步针罐疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察三步针罐疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法　将患者分为 3组 ,A组用三步针罐疗法治疗 ,B组用常规针刺方法治疗 ,C组用中药汤剂治疗。结果　 A组的疗效、见效时间和颈椎 X线片改善程度均明显优于 B、C组 (P<0 .0 1) ,病程 2年以内的疗效优于 2年以上者 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,不同证型间疗效无明显差异。Purpose To observe the effect of three step acupuncture and cupping therapy on nerve root cervical spondylopathy. Method Two hundred and seventy nine patients were divided into 3 groups. Group A of 186 cases were treated by three step acupuncture and cupping therapy, group B of 48 cases by a routine method of acupuncture and group C of 45 cases by herbal decoction. The curative effect and its relationship to the course of disease and the type of syndrome, and the radiography showed condition of improvement were observed. Results The curative effect, efficacy needed time and the degree of improvement showed by a cervical vertebra X ray in group A were significantly superior to those in group B and group C( P <0.01). The curative effect was better in the patients with a disease course of under 2 years than those with a disease course of over 2 years( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in curative effect between different type of syndromes. Conclusion Three step acupuncture and cupping therapy is a satisfactory method for treating this disease.
