摘 要:目的 观察电针对躯体深部感受器 (R)活动的影响及其作用规律。方法 将牵张 R(R 、 )和 类与 类纤维压力 R作为观察对象。以单位放电为指标 ,将作为有效电极的毫针作单极刺激 ,根据针刺于感受野 (RF)内和针刺于 RF外不同距离时所测感受器电针阈值 (REAT)探索电针对深部 R的作用规律。结果 针刺于 RF内 ,REAT随 R类别而不同 ,表现为 R >R >牵张 R。针刺于 RF外 ,REAT随针刺点至 RF的距离 (简称针刺距离 )之增加而递增 ,在一定测试范围内 ,两者呈直线回归关系 ;在电针输出量上限固定条件下 ,同类 R反应单位数随针刺距离增加而递减。结论 不同类别深部 R的 REAT是不相同的 ;电针对深部 R的作用呈三维空间的区域性影响 ,区域大小取决于电针强度及Purpose To observe the influence of electroacupuncture on the activity of deep body receptors (R) and the regularity of its action. Methods Four types of intramuscular R according to conventional classification were grouped into stretch R (R Ⅰ、Ⅱ ), and type Ⅲ and Ⅳ fiber pressure R as subjects. Unit electric discharge was taken as an index. A filiform needle was used as an effective electrode for unipolar stimulation to measure REAT during acupuncture at different distances within and outside receptive field (RF). Results and Conclusion Within a certain range of measurement there is a linear regression relationship between two variables, the distance from acupuncture spot to RF (acupuncture distance) and REAT. On condition that the uper limit of electroacupuncture output is fixed, the number of homogeneous R reaction unites decreases with an increase in acupuncture distance. The results suggest that electroacupuncture has a three dimensional regional influence on R and the size of the region depends on electroacupuncture intensity and R types.
