氨溴索在慢性鼻窦炎功能性内窥镜手术围术期中的辅助作用

摘　　要：目的　研究促表面活性物质合成药物氨溴索 (ambroxol,沐舒坦 )在慢性鼻窦炎功能性内窥镜治疗中的辅助作用。方法　 92例接受功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者分为实验组 47人、对照组 45人。两组接受相同的手术治疗及术后常规处理 ,实验组在术前 5日开始服用氨溴索 (30mgtid) ,持续至术后 4周。分别于术前、术后第 7、1 4、2 1、2 8天对病员进行观察统计。结果　实验组病员术后鼻腔黏膜恢复状况、鼻腔分泌物减少及中耳炎伴随症的缓解均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5)。氨溴索的使用可以明显改善手术治疗效果 ,加快愈合 ,提高疗效。结论　氨溴索在慢性鼻窦炎功能性内窥镜治疗中能明显改善鼻部症状 ,缩短病程 ,提高疗效 ,为慢性鼻窦炎的治疗提供新的辅助手段。Purpose: To investigate the assistant role of mucosolvan in functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods: 92 hospitalized patients with chronic sinusitis who were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery were randomized into 2 groups: a ambroxol group (ambroxol 30 mg tid 5 days before operation till 4 weeks postoperatively, n = 47) and a controlled group without any ambroxol (n = 45). We described and compared every clinical examination, preoperatively and days 7,14,21,28th postoperatively respectively. Results: Ambroxol group patients had a better result in accelerating diminution of inflammation and shortening the mucosa recovery time. There is a significant difference compared with controlled group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Ambroxol does be helpful in functional endoscopic sinus surgery throuth accelerating diminution of inflammation and shortening the mucosa recovery time, and this might be useful in the treatment field of chronic sinusitis.
