摘 要:目的采用GC MS同时鉴别感冒清热颗粒中的荆芥穗和薄荷。方法采用HP -5MS弹性石英毛细管柱 ,程序升温 ,以EI离子源和四极杆质量分析器进行分析。以感冒清热颗粒与荆芥穗、薄荷的挥发油的TIC图谱相比较。结果从感冒清热颗粒中提取的挥发油中鉴别出来自荆芥穗的胡薄荷酮和来自薄荷中的薄荷醇等主要挥发性成分。结论GC MS可同时鉴别复方中药制剂感冒清热颗粒中含挥发性成分的组成药味。Objective To identify Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. and Mentha haplocalyx Briq. in the Ganmao Qingre Granules, a compound traditional Chinese medicine. Method A capillary column HP 5 MS was used, the column temperature was controlled by a programe and the MS analysis was performed with EI and quadrupole mass analyzer . The total ion current chromatogram (TIC) of the Gammao Qingre Granules was compared with those of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. and Mentha haplocalyx Briq. Result The main components, pulegone and menthol, were easily detected in the volatile oil of the Ganmao Qingre Granules, which were identical with those from Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. and Mentha haplocalyx Briq. respectively. Conclusion GC MS is a useful tool in simultaneous identification of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs containing volatile components in their preparation.
