摘　　要：目的　观察臣功再欣颗粒治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法　单纯随机抽样急性上呼吸道感染患儿 10 0例 ,治疗组给予臣功再欣口服 ,对照组给予感冒冲剂 +利巴韦林片口服 ,观察 3天。结果　治疗组总有效率 97.8% ,对照组总有效率 82 .2 %。结论　臣功再欣治疗急性上呼吸道感染尤其是高热。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chen Gong Zai Xin on acute upper respiratory tract infection.Method 100 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated with Chen Gong Zai Xin for three days.The control group were treated with Ribavirin and coryza diluent for three days.Results The total effective rate was 97.8% in the treatment group and 82.2% in the control group.Conclusions It is very effective to treat acute upper respiratory tract infection with Chen Gong Zai Xin,especiaaly for high fever catarrhal symptom.
