磨削法改善Ⅱ°烧伤创面修复的效果

摘　　要：目的 :探讨皮肤磨削法改善Ⅱ°烧伤创面修复的效果。方法 :30 0例Ⅱ°烧伤患者入院 4 8小时内即行磨削手术治疗 ,将 14 7例浅Ⅱ°烧伤患者随机分为常规清创组和磨削组 ,对 15 3例深Ⅱ°烧伤患者采用传统削痂法和磨削法 ,比较愈合时间和瘢痕形成情况。结果 :和常规清创比较采用磨削可缩短 ,浅Ⅱ°创面愈合时间 (P <0 .0 5 )。创面在面部者缩短 3天 ,手部者缩短 4天 ,前臂和下肢者缩短 3天。采用磨削法同样可缩短深Ⅱ°创面愈合时间 (P <0 .0 5 )。创面在面部者缩短 5天 ,手部者缩短 6天 ,前臂和下肢者缩短 5天 ,在提前愈合的同时也抑制了创面瘢痕的形成。结论 :磨削法简便、易行 ,既缩短Ⅱ°创面愈合时间 ,又抑制瘢痕形成 。Objective: To explore the rehabilitation of second degree burn patients by skin scrape. Method: 300 cases second degree burns injuries were operated by skin scrape within 48 hours postburn. Among them superficial second degree injuries(147 cases) were randomly divided into debridement group and skin scrape group. Deep second-degree injuries(153cases) were conducted with traditional tangent group and scrape group. The healing time and scar formation were compared. Result: Compared with usual debridement areas, the healing time of superfacial second degree burn was shortened by skin scrape ( P <0.05) 3 days in face,4 days in hand,3 days in forearm and leg. Compared with traditional tangent group, the healing time of deep second degree burned wound was also shortened by this operation( P <0.05 ) 5 days in face, 6 days in hand, 5 days in forearm and leg. Furthermore, skin scrape of deep second degree burn can not only speed traumatic area healing, also inhibit scar formation. Conclusion: The method of skin-scraped operation was simple and easy, it can shorten healing time of second degree burns, inhibit scar formation, and relieve patients′ agonies and economic burdens.
