从线粒体16S rDNA部分序列探讨厚蟹属的系统学位置

摘　　要：测定了天津厚蟹线粒体 16SrDNA部分序列 .基于天津厚蟹和方蟹科另外 13种蟹类线粒体 16SrDNA部分序列构建的NJ树 ,表明前者和弓蟹亚科 7个属形成单系群 ,自引导值达到 94% ,支持将厚蟹属从相手蟹亚科移至弓蟹亚科 .Partial sequences of the mitochondrial 16S rDNA of Helice (helice) tientsinensis were determined.NJ tree of 16S rDNA partial sequences of Helice (helice) tientsinensis and 13 grapsiod crabs indicates that the former and the 7 genera belonging to the subfamily Varuninae constitute a monophyletic group,which is supported by bootstrapping value of 94%.The results support to transfer the genus Helice from the Sesarminae to the Varuninae.
