摘  要:研究了不同浓度Cd2 + 对黑藻 (Hydrillaverticilla (L .f.)Royle)叶光化学及硝酸还原酶特性的影响 .结果表明 :随着Cd2 + 浓度的增加 ,黑藻叶片的叶绿素含量、叶绿素a和b比值、PSⅠ、PSⅡ及全电子链的活性皆呈现下降的趋势 ;而其叶绿体ATP的含量、硝酸还原酶的活性、类囊体膜的室温吸收光谱和室温荧光发射光谱则呈现先上升后下降的趋势 .实验表明 :可根据黑藻叶光化学及硝酸还原酶特性的变化来监测环境中镉污染的程度 .The effect of Cd 2+ on characteristics of photochemistry and nitrate reductase in the leaves of Hydrilla verticilla (L.f.) Royle was studied. The results indicated: with the increasing of the concentration of cadmium, content of chlorophyll, the ratio of chlorophyll a and b and electron transport activity of photosystem decreased; but the ATP content in chloroplast, nitrate reductase activity, absorption spectrum and fluorescence emission spectrum at room termperature first increased and then decreased. The results showed that the degree of cadmium pollution in the environment could be measured according to the changes of characteristics of photochemistry and nitrate reductase in the leaves of Hydrilla verticilla (L.f.) Royle.
