摘　　要：良好的律师执业环境,是律师业赖以生存和发展的客观条件。律师执业环境是诸多矛盾的综合体,影响律师业发展的主要环境因素包括经济环境、政治环境、法制环境以及律师业内部的管理环境。探讨影响律师业发展的环境因素,对改善律师执业环境、推动律师业健康有序的发展具有理论和实践意义。The development of the trade of lawyer depends on whether there is a good working surroundings for lawyers.A lot of factors affect the working surrounding of lawyer trade,including environmental aspects such as eco-nomic condition,political surroundings,legal systems,and the management of the trade of lawyer.Therefore,it is sig-nificant to explore factors affecting lawyer trade so as to improve the working surroundings for lawyers and develop the trade of lawyer.
