摘  要:从理论角度并结合生产实际分析各主要因素对PTA、EG单耗的影响。指出了在目前生产条件下 ,EG、PTA的理论单耗分别为 332 .8kg tPET ,85 1.9kg tPET ;随端羧基含量增加 ,EG单耗减少 ,PTA单耗升高 ;DEG含量提高 ,PTA单耗降低 ,EG单耗增加 ;随平均聚合度提高 ,EG单耗降低 ,PTA单耗提高。减少废品 ,提高工艺塔处理效率 。The main factors which have effect on unit consumption of PTA and EG from theory and production are discussed.It is pointed out that under the current production conditions,theoretical unit consumption of EG and PTA is 332.8 kg/t and 851.9 kg/t PET respectively.Unit consumption of EG is decrease and that of PTA is increased along with the increasing ofcarboxyl end group;unit consumption of PTA is decreased and that of EG is increased with the increasing of average polymerization degree.The effctive method of decreasing the unit consumption is to decrease waste product and promote the disposing efficienncy of fractionating tower.
