摘　　要：随着原料硫含量的增加和日益严格的环境保护要求,硫回收装置越来越重要。近几年国外公司热衷于研究富氧硫磺回收改造技术,主要对比分析Sure、Cope、OxyClaus等法和Meseer公司最新推出的氧气“后燃烧”技术,对比分析了各种富氧硫磺回收技术的特点,设备改动及经济分析等。对国内硫磺回收装置扩能改造提出了方向。As the increase of sulfur content and environment require stringent, the sulfur recovery plant is more important . People overseas enthusiasm at reforming sulfur recovery plant with rich oxygen technology. This paper analyzes the features, equipment revamp and economy between processes of Sure, Cope, Oxyclaus and Back burnt process of Meseer. It is important to the revamp of our sulfur recovery plant.
