摘　　要：叙述了大孔吸附树脂法提取茶皂素工艺。结果表明 ,取等量茶皂素提取液 12 0mL ,大孔树脂法得茶皂素产量 10 98g ,茶皂素质量分数 91 7% ,正丁醇萃取法产量 5 86g ,茶皂素质量分数78.0 %Saponin was extracted from skimmed kernel of tea seeds by big hole absorbing resin.Using big hole absorbing resin,the production of tea saponin from 120 mL extract was 10.98 g and tea saponin content was 91 7%,while by n butanol extraction of the same extract the production of tea saponin was 5 86 g and tea saponin content was 78 0%.
