摘　　要：以CaCl2 为催化剂 ,用熔融缩聚方法合成了聚苯基膦酸二苯硫醚酯并对合成条件进行了研究 ,当系统最后温度为 2 6 0℃ ,真空度为 0 0 93MPa ,反应时间为 5h ,所得聚合物具有好的热稳定性。当w(PET中缩聚物 )和w(PC中缩聚物 )分别为 5 %时 ,聚合物PET和PC氧指数分别是2 9 6和 30 0 ,而未加该缩聚物时 ,氧指数为 2 1和 2Polythiodipheylene phenylphosphonate was synthesized by melt polycondensation using CaCl 2 as catalyst.The results show that polymer with higher thermal stability can be obtained after reacting time for 5 h at final pressure of 0 093 MPa and final temperature of 260 ℃.PET and PC containing 5wt%polymer have limiting oxygen index (LOI) of 29 6 and 30 0 respectively,while PET and PC without the additive have LOI of 21 and 27 respeetively.
