摘 要:对聚丙烯腈增塑研究的状况进行了概述。阐述了非增塑聚丙烯腈应用的限制性 ,介绍了水及丙烯碳酸酯溶剂的增塑、化学共聚内增塑等方法。同时对聚丙烯腈增塑研究的发展趋势进行了展望。The cyanogen group with strong polarity in the macromolecule of polyacrylonitrile(PAN), influence the melting performance of PAN′s polymer greatly: when heat PAN′s polymer, polymer resolve obviously before it melted, which make PAN′s polymer difficult melting process. This limits the development of the polyacrylonitrile industry which increase slowly nearly ten years. This kind of restriction behaves in two mainly: first, the cost that the polyacrylonitrile processes into the products remains high; second, the variety of the shaping products of polyacrylonitrile is limited. Therefore, investigation of the plastification and the melting processing technology of Polyacrylonitrile seem very necessary and valuable. In this text ,the literatures on researches and developments in the field of the plastification polyacrylonitrile were summarized. The methods of the polyacrylonitrile plastification, including water and PC solvent plastification, acrylonitrile copolymerization plastification ,were reviewed. Forward researchs and the development trend of the polyacrylonitrile plastification also were prognosticated.
