摘 要:将以二氧化碳为基的聚 1,2 -亚丙基碳酸酯 (PPC)和天然橡胶 (NR)共混得到橡胶弹性体。讨论了配方与工艺对这种橡胶弹性体力学性能的影响。含 5 phr PPC,95 phr NR的共混弹性体其拉伸强度为2 6 .6 MPa,扯断伸长率 75 5 %。Poly(propylene carbonate)(PPC) was synthesized from carbon dioxide, and was considered as a kind of environmental friendly material. PPC was blended with nature rubber to gain a structure material in order to extend the application field. The mechanical properties of poly(propylene carbonate)/nature rubber were studied in this paper. The influence factors of mechanical properties, PPC content, PPC molecular weight, sulfur content, DCP content, vulcanizing time, vulcanizing temperature, were discussed. The optimum conditions are: PPC 5~10 phr, DCP 2 phr, sulfur 1.8 phr, vulcanizing time 11.5 min, vulcanizing temperature 140 ℃ . The tensile strengh of the elastomer that contained 5 phr PPC is 26.6 MPa, the elongation at break is 755% .
