木粉聚醚合成工艺的改进

摘  要:在已开发的木粉聚醚合成工艺基础上进行了进一步的研究 ,通过加入合适反应介质和改变反应条件 ,将本粉液化率由原来最高的 6 5 %提高到 95 %以上 。The process of synthesizing wood flour polyether was studied further on the basis of previous process, and the synthesis conditions were optimized through both orthogonal experiment and one factor experiment. The result showed when the reaction temperature is 140 ℃, the reaction time is 70 min, the quantity of catalyst is used 1.5% by mass based on polyether polyol, and the quantity of reaction medium glycol is used 20% by mass based on polyether polyol, the wood flour liquefaction rate increases from the previous 65% to more than 95% . In the meantime, as a resuIt, the viscosities of wood flour polyethers synthesized are appropriate for the requirement of polyurethane producing equipment absolutely.
