摘　　要：介绍了齐鲁石油化工股份有限公司生产的高刻度聚乙烯通信是缆绝缘料QHJ-01的开发。QHJ-01经物理机械性能和介电性能检测,满足邮电部《市内通信是缆用聚烯烃绝缘料》(YD/T760--95)的要求,并经过多家电缆生产厂的应用表明:QHJ-01与目前国际上较佳的绝缘料产品的综合性能相当。This paper introduced the development of the communication cable insulating material of high - density polyethylene, named QHJ - 01, produced by QiLu Petrochemical Co., Ltd. . The tests of mechanical properties and dielectric properties for the product QHJ - 01 show that all the properties can meet the technical requirements of the standard - 'Polyolefin Insulating Material for Urban Communication Cable'promulgated by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication. The applications of QHJ - 01 carried out by many cable producers verify that its comprehensive performance is equal to that of the currently superior overseas insulating material of the same kind.
