摘　　要：用 DGD包埋去包埋方法 ,观察了洋葱花粉母细胞中胞间连丝和胞质通道内的胞质骨架分布。结果发现 ,在花粉母细胞的胞间连丝内有胞质骨架分布 ,这些骨架纤维集结成束 ,穿过胞间连丝。在胞质通道内也有胞质骨架分布 ,但与胞间连丝内的骨架分布有所不同 ,主要表现为两种形式 :骨架纤维致密或稀少。Using DGD embedment-free technique,the distribution of cytoskeleton was investigated in plasmodesmata and cytoplasmic channels of onion pollen mother cells (PMCs).It was found that cytoskeleton filaments oriented in plasmodesmata,combining into a bundle,and traversed the plasmodesmata.While the distribution of cytoskeleton filaments in cytoplasmic channels appeared different from that in plasmodesmata,generally in two statuses:dense or scarce.The role of cytoskeleton in plasmodesmata of cytoplasmic channels was discussed.
