摘　　要：本文从河流流域生态系统的整体性出发,分析了流域生态系统的结构与功能,初步探讨了流域生态环境系统规划的目标体系及其泛目标生态规划方法,在对长江流域生态环境系统规划问题进行初步研究的基础上,探索了长江流域生态建设和环境保护的发展对策。This paper describes the development and application of systems ecology methodology in the eco environmental system planning of the river basin.In the context,a river basin is seen as a highly complex ecosysten,comprising numerous interactive and interrelated factors.Its functional components and their links are defined.Furthermore,the objectives and the consecutive steps of the ecosystem analysis are specified.Based upon the primary study of the eco-environmental planning in Yangtze River basin by the means of pan-objective programming,the ecological reconstruction and environmental protection strate- gies of it is presented.
