益多脂对高甘油三酯血症患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察益多脂对高甘油三酯血症患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响。方法 :30例高甘油三酯血症患者 (治疗组 )口服益多脂治疗 8周后 ,采静脉血用酶法测定甘油三酯 (TG)和总胆固醇 (TC)的浓度 ;采用高分辨率血管外超声法检测治疗前后肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能 ,并与 2 8例正常对照者 (对照组 )比较。结果 :治疗组血流介导的内皮依赖性血管舒张功能明显减弱 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性意义 [(4 .1± 0 .5 ) %∶(10 .1± 0 .8) % ],单因素相关分析发现 :血浆TG浓度与血流介导的肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能下降值之间呈负相关 (r =- 0 .6 3,P <0 .0 1)。治疗 8周后血流介导的内皮依赖性血管舒张功能增加 (4 .6± 1.2 ) % (P <0 .0 1) ,单因素相关分析显示 :肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能改善的程度与TG的基础值无相关性 (r =0 .2 84,P >0 .0 5 ) ,与TG的降低程度呈正相关 (r =0 .5 39,P <0 .0 1)。结论Objective:To investigate the effects of Etofylline Clofibrate on endothelium-dependent vasodilatation in patient with hypertriglyceridemia. Method:The concentrations of triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) were measured in 30 patients with hypertriglyceridemia before and after 8 weeks of the treatment with Etofylline Clofibrate. Endothelial function was assessed in the branchial artery by high-resolution ultrasound technique before and after the treatment. Result:Flow-mediated endothelium-dependent vasodilation was impaired in patient with hypertriglyceridemia compared with normal control group [( 4.1± 0.5)%VS ( 10.1± 0.8)%]; the concentrations of TG was negatively correlated with changes of flow-mediated endothelium-dependent vasodilation (r = -0.63,P< 0.01); Flow-mediated endothelium-dependent vasodilation increased ( 5.6± 1.4)%, P< 0.01) after 8 weeks treatment compared with that before, which was correlated with the decreased concentrations of TG positively (r= 0.539, P< 0.01).Conclusion:Etofylline Clofibrate can decrease TG and improve impaired endothelium-dependent vasodilation.
