摘  要:开展人群免疫水平监测是麻疹监测工作的重要内容 ,对制定麻疹控制策略有重要意义。选择本市人口为监测对象 ,分为 10个年龄组 ,男女比例接近 1∶1,采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)检测麻疹IgG抗体。共监测 30 9人 ,抗体阳性率为 84 5 % ,几何平均滴度 (GMT)为 1∶6 71 6。 <1岁婴儿麻疹抗体阳性率和GMT水平均最低 ,不同年龄组抗体阳性率和GMT水平有显著性差异。麻疹抗体阳性率和GMT水平有协同变化的趋势 ,而年龄对其无显著影响。麻疹低发病水平使人群接触麻疹病毒的机会减少 ,引起麻疹抗体反射性增高的可能随之降低 。To carry out the surveillance of immune level is an important content of measles surveillance,and it is also essential for working out an control strategy for measles We chose Beijing population as the subjects,and divided them into 10 age groups The sex ratio was nearly 1∶1. The measles virus specific IgG antibody was detected by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay The total subjects were 309,and the positive rate of IgG antibody was 84 5%,the GMT was 1∶671 6 The seropositive rate and the GMT level were all the lowest in the cohort of 0 year old group and there was significant difference in different age groups The positive rate of IgG antibody had a trend in coordination with the GMT level,but the age factor had no influence to the both The low prevalence of measles made the possibility of virus contact and the antibody response decrease,and then followed by the decrement of infant's congenital maternal antibody
