纯化冻干Vero细胞流行性乙型脑炎灭活疫苗人体接种反应及免疫效果观察

摘　　要：为观察北京生物制品研究所研制的纯化冻干Vero细胞流行性乙型脑炎灭活疫苗 (Vero细胞乙脑疫苗 )接种后的人体反应和免疫效果 ,在乙脑非疫区的内蒙古自治区伊金霍洛旗选取两所小学 6～ 8岁学龄儿童 ,按照补体结合抗原 1:8和 1:4两种抗原含量接种疫苗。设未接种疫苗的对照组。结果显示 :接种两种抗原含量的疫苗后未见接种局部反应和全身不适 ,仅 1 6 %～ 2 9%的儿童出现中度发热反应 ;基础免疫 2针 ,中和抗体阳转率分别为77 5 9%、89 5 8% ,中和抗体几何平均滴度 (GMT)分别为 1:14 96、1:16 75 ;3针的阳转率分别为 96 78%、10 0 0 0 % ,中和抗体GMT分别为 1:89 4 6、1:89 80。因此 ,1:8及 1:4两种抗原含量的Vero细胞乙脑疫苗人体接种反应轻微 ,免疫效果良好 。In school children of 6-8 years old in Yijinholo Banner of Inner Mongolia where JBE is non epidemic,a study on inoculation reaction and immune efficacy of edulcorate lyophilized,Vero cell prepared inactivated JBE vaccine produced by Beijing Institute of Biological Products was carried out The concentrations of CF antigen used were 1:8 and 1:4 dilutions of the vaccine The hamster kidney JBE vaccine was used as control The results showed that when CF antigen of 1:8 and 1:4 dilutions were inoculated,no local reaction and illness were found,only moderate fever appeared in 2 9% and 1 6% of the inoculated children respectively The positive seroconversion rates of JBE vaccine of 1:8 and 1:4 dilutions were 77 59%,89 58%(2nd inoculation), 96 78%,100.00%(3rd inoculation), and GMT were 1:14 96,1:16 75(2nd inoculation), 1:89 46,1:89 80(3nd inoculation) respectively So,Vero cell prepared inactivated JBE vaccine has good immune efficacy and mild side effect,it is even better than hamster kidney prepared JBE vaccine The Vero cell prepared JBE vaccine is worthy to be popularized
