摘　　要：本文研究了等距缩放问题,并引入了点圆弧的概念,讨论了平面图形等距缩放的性质,给出了一般算法,并举例说明了它的应用。This paper has made a study on the problem of isometric enlargement and reduction of the planar figure, discussing its characteristic, introducing the concepts of point, spherisity and arc, and putting forward a general algorithm with some examples to illustrate its appllcation.
