摘　　要：结合鞍钢 1 780轧机支承辊的材料选择、工艺研究及制造过程 ,介绍了自行开发的Cr4支承辊新材料的特性和炼钢、锻造、热处理所采用的先进工艺。检验结果表明 。This paper describes the features of the self developed new material Cr4 for backup roll and the advanced technology adopted in steelmaking, forging and heat treatment based on the material selection, process and manufacture of the backup rolls for Angang 1780mm mill. The test results show that material Cr4 and the corresponding manufacturing techniques could absolutely assure the production of the high standard backup rolls.
