重组人表皮生长因子凝胶随机对照治疗口腔溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :考察重组人表皮生长因子 (rhEGF)凝胶对口腔溃疡的疗效。方法 :采用随机平行对照试验 ,以创面愈合时间及疼痛消失时间为考察指标 ,比较rhEGF凝胶和金霉素甘油治疗口腔溃疡的疗效。完成可评估病例6 8例 ,其中试验组 38例 ,对照组 30例。 2组均治疗至溃疡愈合或 2周止 ,记录溃疡愈合时间和疼痛消失时间。结果 :治疗组愈合时间为 (4.97± 3.31)d ,对照组为 (7.2 4± 3.74 )d ,2组间具有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组和对照组疼痛消失时间分别为 (3.8± 1.9)d和 (6 .3± 2 .9)d ,2组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :rhEGF凝胶对口腔溃疡创面具有明显的促进愈合作用 ,应用方便、安全。Objective:To investigate the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) gel and aureomycin glycerine on oral ulcer.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was adopted.68 patients were divided into the test group( n =38) to recevive rhEGF gel and the control group( n =30) to receive aureomycin glycerine until the restoration of oral ulcer or for 2 weeks.The healing time of oral ulcer wound and the ache disappear time were recorded.Results:The healing time of the test group and the control group were(4.97±3.31)d and (7.24±3.74)d, respectively( P < 0.01). The ache disappear time of the two groups were (3.8±1.9)d and (6.3±2.9)d, respectively ( P < 0.01).Conclusion:rhEGF gel can promote the restoration of oral ulcer with much convenience and safety.
