摘 要:通过对里伍铜矿的工艺矿物学研究 ,采用新型高效捕收剂PAC提高里伍铜矿选矿工艺指标。将PAC与 3 0 8复合黄药、BK2 0 1组合使用 ,闭路试验铜精矿品位为 2 7.11%,回收率为 96.5 9%。与选厂指标相比 ,铜精矿品位提高 2 .61%,回收率提高4.0 9%。年增加经济效益约 12 6~Based on process mineralogical study of copper ore, the floatation index of Liwu Copper Mine is advanced by using collector PAC. The collector PAC is combined with 308 co xanthate collectors and BK201 in application, the grade of copper concentrate is up to 27.11% and the rate of copper recovery reaches to 96.59% in closed circuit experiment by the same concentration flow sheet as production. And the grade and recovery increased by 2.61% and 4.09% comparing with original indexes, respectively. The annual benefit from the decrease of agent costs and increase of grade and recovery rate is 126~165 Yuan RMB.
